In the office, we use our vibrant and eye-catching multi-media screens in both our busy shop front window on Darlington Street and in our comfy office waiting room. We’re a new and modern Estate Agents – we know the importance of social media and getting digital when it comes to marketing and selling properties. We are extremely active on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and use engaging email campaigns to match potential buyers with our client’s property.

We don’t believe in compromise, so you can rest assured that we cover all bases when it comes to advertising your property, from the more traditional to the most modern methods.

How do you manage the landlord and tenant process?
We know great communication between all parties is key when it comes to letting. With our ‘managed let’ packages, both the Landlord and tenant receive our 24/7 mobile number and will be able to text/email/call anytime to report issues – even out of hours. We strive to always deal with any such issues with the utmost efficiency.

How do you reference your tenants?
Upon registering their interest and prior to the payment of any fees, we require any prospective tenants to complete a pre-application form. This enables us to match the suitability of tenants and landlords correctly. We then use UK Tennant Data for the full referencing, credit and immigration checks.

Are there any hidden costs?

How quickly can a tenant move in?
Once we have found the best tenant for your property, subject to referencing and relevant processes, we usually move them in within 7-10 days
