So, Dave prefers answering questions to asking them. That was lucky!


We asked Dave how long he had been working for Q Financial Services and how he got into writing Mortgages for a living?

Dave: The idea of helping clients place their mortgage escalated from little more than a conversation with friend and Q Financial Services Director Mitchell Gough, things progressed and it then became a serious proposition. I have been working with Q since January following the successful completion of my certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), when all three modules were achieved in addition to a degree in business management. The whole ethos and atmosphere at Q is great as it really feels like being part of a family.

& tell us what you enjoy about the role?

Dave: Meeting new people on a daily basis is always interesting and it’s very rewarding helping people finance their new or existing home. Having the ability to be flexible and mobile is great and clients often take advantage of home visits. One such visit resulted in my introduction to a collection of reptiles and arachnids but that’s the content for a whole new Blog.
